Fantastic open air but fully air conditioned restaurant/bar. Only a 7 minute drive from the house, plenty of metered parking or just uber and be responsible! Lots of people work there during the day with their full coffee bar. Fantastic happy hour with a free snack bar and great people watching

Hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant in LA. Their margaritas, guac and a side of enchilada sauce will not disappoint. Cute outdoor patio, but dark cavernous booths inside-so traditional! Lots of tv shows and movies have shot here. This is a hike from Glendale, so plan this in coordination with your Westside/Santa Monica activities

Located at the top of Nordstroms at the Americana Shopping center--fantastic chicken lime cilantro tacos and I have yet to have a bad margarita from any bartender! Fun to look out and people watch, but mostly nice for the pleasant, quiet, NO WAIT atmosphere :)
