Nice place to walk around, live music and watch the boats return from trips. Pirate ship, fishing boats are always fun to see. People watching, zip line, and a fudgery, Yogurt shop.

Parks & Nature/
This place is only open on Saturdays for tours. If you happen to be here, it is worth the visit. You do have to call in advance for the tour. It takes maybe 2 to 4 hours, but it really is a wolf encounter. I have seen similar tours in Washington for $175.00. Give them a call! Not for children under 8, I believe.

You can go tubing down the Springs. 1+ mile walk up w tubes or booties. Nice cool spring water down to the end. Make sure you stay close to get out in time. Nice place to walk, then cool off down the springs.
Or just do the 2 mile walk up and down and watch those floating. The walk is nice, has nice wood deck along the springs. Nice and shady in the morning!!

Good affordable fun with or without kids. Not the commercial/ professional but totally, locally owned! It's one of those classic cheesy retro putt-putt places. There's two courses and it's only $3 to play one course. They have all the corny holes, including the one where the ball goes in the frog's mouth, and.... Highly recommended!
But go early morning, or evening, there is no shade!
