Another gem of Thao Dien. Perfect pick for families with kids (they even have a play room). Wines can be bought at retail price. Fantastic menu + wide selection of drinks.

When you're in Thao Dien, make time to get a Dolphy latte. They come in cute mugs. More importantly, the coffee (latte) is superb and always served at the right temperature.
Service is friendly and proactive, and if you can score a seat, it's a great little corner to watch traffic and chill out with your drink.
They do very good take-away coffees as well!
