Well worth a walk down the River bank to see Temple Island and it's ornate temple (folly) built in the 18th Century. Temple Island marks the start of the Royal Regatta.

Not cheap but has a nice edgy cocktail bar and can sell you a cigar! The seating area between the bar and the restaurant has good comfy chairs and table service.
