Join me, the co-founder of the Coogee Run Club, for an energising 5K run along Sydney Harbour, passing some of the city’s most iconic landmarks and stopping at scenic lookout points for photos before ending with a well-earned treat. • Meet near the Opera House for an introduction and quick warmup before setting off along the waterfront. • You’ll run past Circular Quay, Sydney Harbour Bridge, and The Rocks, stopping at key vantage points to soak in the views. Keep an eye out for Benny the seal at his favourite resting spot near the Opera House. • Cool down at a harborside cafe, where you can enjoy a coffee or tea while taking in Sydney’s breathtaking skyline. You’ll leave having seen unforgettable views, connected with new running friends, and gained a fresh perspective on the beauty of Sydney Harbour.

This fast-paced Military Fit Squad session is designed to challenge all fitness levels while making the most of Bondi’s coastal terrain. • Start with a warm-up and safety briefing to prepare your body and set workout expectations. • Power through a 40-minute functional workout using bodyweight exercises, interval training, and strength drills. • Wrap up with a cool-down to stretch, recover, and chat about training techniques and fitness goals. Aventura en kayak en el puerto

Come enjoy a morning sea kayak adventure on Sydney's beautiful harbour. No engine noise or fumes, just the sound of your paddle in the water and the sea birds squawking above! We'll experience the built environs and get up close and personal with many of the harbour's natural wonders and marine inhabitants. We'll paddle to the center of the harbour where we'll get some photos of you framed by the Harbour Bridge (I'm a professional photographer in my other job so expect good pics - no charge of course!) We'll then land and explore Goat Island (Memel in the local Aboriginal Language) before paddling back via Darling Harbour. Goat Island is closed to the public and landing is by special permit only. Your permit is arranged for you and included as part of the tour. After we're finished your welcome to have a hot shower before treating yourself to a great lunch at the famous Sydney Fish Market a short walk away. There are also lot's of excellent lunch options minutes away on the famous Glebe Point Road or treat yourself to something really special at the Tramsheds. Our boatshed is easy to get to with plenty of free street parking nearby. We're the only kayak tour run by qualified kayakers that use REAL sea kayaks and top notch carbon fibre paddles. Ahoy there, sailor! Embark on a 2.5 hour hands on sailing experience and see the magic of Sydney from the water. Departing from Manly Sailing, a short walk from the Manly Ferry, you'll have the opportunity to help set the sails and steer the boat. Cruise past the multi-million dollar waterfront mansions of the rich and famous, discover hidden harbour beaches and revel in uninterrupted views of iconic Sydney attractions. Solo travellers are welcomed, but for safety reasons we need a minimum of two participants to proceed. We will help find you a crew to sail with.

Recorrido en kayak con guía por Sídney

A warm welcome, cup of coffee, short safety briefing and paddling demonstration and it is off out to explore the beautiful Manly Cove and its beaches. We paddle to Collins Flat, Store and Quarantine beach exploring the picturesque caves, rock formations and mini waterfalls on offer. The guide will give a little history and local facts while on this relaxing paddle, and we will stop for a short break and refreshments. Take a stroll on a beautiful, secluded beach and have a swim if you feel brave enough. Then it's time to paddle home. Things to note: Kayak options include: - single sit on top kayaks (streamlined, fast) - double sit on top kayaks (bit wider & sturdy, can share paddling and has middle seat for children) Please arrive 15 mins before the start of the session to allow time for changing/coffee! Crystal clear kayaks have been removed as they are unsafe for Sydney Harbour. Children under 10 can go with an adult (or two) on a double kayak, children 10-18 may paddle solo but must be accompanied by an adult. You may get a little wet so we recommend bringing a spare change of clothes we have changing rooms in the building, we also hand out dry bags so you can take your phones and get those epic shots to make you friends who like to lie in jealous.

Excursión privada de snorkel en Manly

Welcome Summer! We're going to discover the underwater world by floating above the marine sanctuary in Manly which is full of life and colours. I'll make sure you feel safe and comfortable as we observe all the beautiful marine species. It's all about you and I'll keep asking how you're feeling. I provide the floatation devices to make you feel comfortable and will be by your side and even hold your hand if you need to, I'm caring coach :) I will identify the different fish you'll see and will take underwater photos and will share it for free so that you can focus on enjoying the Experience! The bay is a marine sanctuary which means ecosystem is working perfectly and marine life won’t scare you, I'll also teach you to respect it. Snorkelling is a daily activity that I'm passionate about and I love sharing this experience with others. Snorkel at one of Sydney’s iconic beaches

Join me in exploring the underwater life of Sydney, with a guided snorkeling tour of Clovelly, a stunning and iconic beach near Bondi. Part of the Bronte-Coogee Aquatic Reserve, Clovelly Beach is teeming with marine life, including colorful Maori wrasse, friendly blue gropers, octopuses, and much more. Sydney’s waters are home to over 600 species of fish and a multitude of other marine organisms. I will tailor our snorkel route based on what I have seen the previous few days so we can spot as much as possible on your tour. While you snorkel, I will point out different fish and marine life and take photos of you and the things you see. Before venturing into the water, we will fit your mask, snorkel and fins. I understand that the ocean can sometimes feel a bit daunting and I am here to make it comfortable and enjoyable for you. I am a certified Snorkeling Leader and advanced first-aider. Flotation aids are available for added confidence, though swimming skills are required for this group tour. After your snorkel, bask in the summer sun at beautiful Clovelly Beach, explore the famous coastline on the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk or check out nearby cafes and restaurants. Get ready for an unforgettable experience under the sea! Non-swimming OK Non-licensed OK No experience OK *Open to licensed divers too, you'll get to go deeper if you are. Once you book you'll receive a message confirming your size for gear and meeting map link (at dive location). At start we'll get to know each other and will share with you a quick history of the island. Then I'll discuss all the amazing unique sea life you'll see in Sydney's majestic underworld; things like Friendly blue groupers, Rays, Cuddle fish, Octopus and sharks! (the nice ones). Safety is a huge priority on all dives, so i'll give you a detailed discussion on what to do while underwater, how to breath, kick and float etc. Don't worry i'll be doing most of the things for you to enjoy. Depending on your level of experience i'll: 1) Give you a Discover Scuba Experienced in calm waters (New Divers, 12m max depth). 2) Take you Guided Diving, deeper further out (for Certified Divers) 3) This experience is for a single dive with options if you wish to become certified after. *Optional Go Pro 9 Underwater Camera Rental for $95 *1 Dive included, add a 2nd back to back dive for $150aud *All scuba gear provided, you'll have everything you need to dive and stay nice and warm. *Led by a certified and insured experience instructor that has done and taught thousands of dives.
