We are very close to Grogley Halt on the camel trail giving you access to a 17 mile long disused railway trail that goes from Bodmin moor all the way to Padstow on the north coast.

If you’re looking for a day out then the Camel Trail is for you! It is a completely flat cycling trail that is suitable for children. You can hire out bikes at the beginning of the trail in Wadebridge. At the end of the trail you will find Padstow which is a beautiful seaside town, perfect for sight seeing or catching a bite to eat! The trail is around 5 miles to Padstow but because it is so flat it is a very easy ride

Walk or cycle along a former railway bordering the Camel Estuary and River, from Padstow to Wadebridge and (eventually) Bodmin. Cycle hire at Padstow (can be busy and hard to park in high season) or Wadebridge.

The Camel Trail provides access to the beautiful Cornish countryside along a disused railway line between Wenfordbridge, Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow. There is a Cafe between Wadebridge and Bodmin
