Have you ever seen a manatee? They are so cool, and will make absolutely anybody's day. They love to hang out right at this park, so there is a really good chance that you will be able to stop by and watch them do their thing!

Come see what's new at Manatee Lagoon - An FPL Eco-Discovery Center! Our enhanced center has fully reopened, and you're invited to come enjoy the new offerings every day through manatee season from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors to Manatee Lagoon share an experience the whole family can enjoy where threatened Florida manatees gather in the warm-water outflows of Florida Power & Light Company’s (FPL) Riviera Beach Next Generation Clean Energy Center, especially during cold weather. The manatee center was built shortly after FPL modernized this natural gas plant.
