Want to see the ocean? Wilmington is a little less then two hours away and have great beaches and ocean views. It is crowed during the summer but it’s shady beaches and warm waters are a great way to spend the day. Plus they have a lot of fresh seafood.

About an hour 45 minutes north, home of famous Front Street on the river, several little sidewalk cafes, art galleries, the Battleship NC (amazing), Wrightsville Beach, love this town.

Downtown on front street is where to be. Plenty to do and see and eat. I could list them all but you'd be sick and tired of reading so you might just be better off just exploring your selfs. Hopefully you enjoy this small down town as much as we do, make sure to stroll along the river while you're there.
