Great cocktails and drinks. The deck is right on the river and a great spot to chill when the weather is right. Also has excellent fresh seafood.

“Located in Cleveland's little Asia district, it can be accessed from Payne Avenue or from the Park2Shop parking lot entrance. The old ladies bring dim sum to your table, but you will have to point to what you want as almost none of them speak English. Food is authentic, delicious, and not too expensive. It is patronized by a lot of Asians, so I know it's close to how it is back in the homeland(s).”
