For trad fish and chips cooked in beef dripping look no further. All cooked fresh and crispy. If you want something more 80's rather than 60's then right at the end of Dovercourt beach is the chinese fish and chip shop - Mr Fish and Chips ( veg fat) On Wick Lane.

The only fish and chip shop in Harwich....BUT a half packet of open chips and a walk along the riverfront to look at the giant container ships is one of my favourite hobbies!

Probably the best Fish & Chip Shop in Essex, try the local fish Skate & Rock and order the large and it gets cooked fresh while you wait.
