if you are renting a car, the drive up this road has a great view of Honolulu. The park above is nice also!

Head to this lookout from the LONG way, (go around this route CLOCK-wise and enjoy the drive) but on your way back down will be one of the most beautiful lookout points that has breath-taking views. A must visit if you can. You can see almost the entire southern coast of the island from west to almost all the way east.
