Pirano is about 75km far away from Monfalcone and it´s a little gem surrounded by the sea. The water is crystal clear and the small harbor and the city center make this place worth a visit. Since in the spring and summer months it´s visited by many tourists the city center cannot be reached by car, but they have organized parking slots and lanes around the city and from there you can either have a short walk (around 10-15 minutes) or take the (free) shuttle bus that connects the parking with the city center. In the different restaurants located in front of the seaside, you will enjoy delicious food!

The iconic hictorical city of Piran with its Giuseppe Tartini square. Lots of good restaurants and bars. A must visit.
