Love this joint! Really relaxing outdoor dining on the water. You can pull up by boat here. Great service.
Hint: Look across canal and it is there in front of you with boat parking at restaurant.
Great food and service. Beer and wine only. A must on Thursday nights, there is live music right on the water.

“Pine Island gem! Galt Preserve is a habitat restoration project on 265 acres that is successfully supporting native plants, birds and animals on southern Pine Island. Often a good place to see Florida butterflies. Galt features 2.5 miles of hiking trails and boardwalks, a kayak and canoe launch, fishing pier, picnic pavilions, restroom and a paved parking area. The preserve consists of 12 plant communities, including mangrove swamp and mesic flatwoods. The preserve is also home to a variety of bird and animal species, including bald eagle, bobcat and American alligator. Located just south of the much smaller Pine Island Flatwoods Preserve. ”

“Honestly, the service stinks but the location on the water is great, they serve drinks and you can eat al fresco. If you're up for a long bike ride, it's a destination spot by the marina.”
