Pier and pier approach are worth a visit if you venture into the main town. Shops are not what they were (some big name closures). Oceanarium next to the Pier. Check out Bournemouth International Centre or the Pavillion for any shows that might be on.

Sandy beaches, cafes, culture, Bournemouth has it all. I live a stones throw from the bus station with direct routes into Bournemouth centre.

Bournemouth is the largest resort in Dorset and along with seven miles of sandy beaches also has beautiful parks and gardens. You’re sure to find plenty of things to do while exploring this coastal town, with lots of attractions, activities, entertainment and adventure to keep all ages entertained. With great shopping and eating out experiences as well as lots of events all year round, there really is something for all ages and budgets.

7 MILES of beach between Hengistbury Head and Sandbanks. In the centre, Bournemouth. The Pier Approach seafront with entertainment, aquarium and big wheel, the Pier, the Lower Gardens, The Upper Gardens, shops, restaurants cinemas and summer shows and year round entertainment. The Russel Coates Museum is on the clifftop overlooking the Pier Approach. A wonderful eclectic museum housed in a magnificent Victorian home. All within 15 mins by car or take the bus from our local stop.
