Great views of the City! Go to the Signature Lounge, order yourself an overpriced drink, and enjoy the best views of the City (you can trade this for the Sears/Willis Tower); great shopping nearby as well.

Skip the observation deck. Go to the Signature Room on the 95th floor. You can have a bite to eat & a drink while soaking in the cityscape. You can oversee all of Chicago while seated comfortably.
