This is a quick walk - only 2 blocks from house - and the beach is calm - there are no waves, since it's part of the marina, so it's more "safe" for mothers to take their kids to this beach - watch the sailboats or canoes and enjoy the marina.

Rent a cheap kayak, paddle board, water bike, or bike and go around the channels to see baby sea lions, if you are lucky there are dolphins too!
