It is a particular combination of flower shop and cafe. The decoration is stunning, you can have a nice breakfast, with an eternal view on the Parliament.

A cafe that is also a flower shop. Sounds strange I know, but it is the awesome kind of strange. You sit right beside the beautiful Parliament while sipping your (excellent)coffee.
