Trains to Wollongong suburbs and to Sydney. Check out NSW rail webpage for times and fares. You can also get an Opal card here which you can use on local buses (not needed for 55A, 55B, 55C which are free, but you'll need one for all other buses) You can hire bicycles at the Novotel.

10-15 minute walk to the train station. An "Opal card" is needed for trains and buses in Wollongong, except for the free buses (55A,B,C)

We are a 2 minute walk from North Gong station

This one is easier to drive to and park at than Wollongong station and most trains stop there because it is the university station.
