“The best tomato soup I have ever had in my life. Soups, salads, sandwiches, thin crust pizza make up most of the menu here. There is a brunch and there are line-ups always. It’s one of those places. If you’re into waiting, it’s so worth it. They have a patio on the back of the building that has a limited view of the harbour. It’s very nice at night. Sylvie and Martine own The Salt Shaker, The Fish Shack, The Half Shell and Beach Pea. They are pretty much the most epic, cool, influencer type of couple you will ever meet. Sylvie does all the décor for the restaurants and runs the show. She has amazing style and a keen eye for detail. Martine is the chef behind every menu. Lunenburg restro royalty!”

“The first distillery on the craft scene. Lots of different spirit types to choose one. Some, if not all, are gluten-free. It is also located in a really atmospheric historic building associated with ship building.”
