The port of Alcudia is just a few minutes drive from the old town. Here you will find beautiful , long and shallow beaches stretching for miles. It's a very popular destination for young families and has a wide range of places to eat and drink to cater for all tastes.

Playa de Alcúdia is the largest beach of all the Balearic islands thanks to its 7 kilometres of sand. Nowadays, it boasts a wide range of facilities from beach bars and restaurants to watersports, public toilets, showers, car parks, sunbeds, parasols and even WiFi connection. The beach can be divided into two sections. The first half, from Port d'Alcúdia to Ciudad Blanca, is where most of the facilities and services are located. Go and view the boats in the marina then walk along the beach all the way to Ciudad Blanca. Further up the Bay of Alcúdia, as you head towards Playa de Muro, it is easier to find quieter spots.
