Walk to parks, restaurants, bookstores, cafes, gallery, music, pool, cidery & breweries. Bike/bus town or to Boulder. Drive 30 miles to Denver or Rocky Mt. National Park. A new comfortable couch in the living room has a pull-out queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and also a cute room cozy room for meditation or sleeping space on the futon. PLEASE: Only one pet allowed on the premises with the registered guest.
