The room inside has a big glass window with a view on a small pond. The rooftop terrace is perfect to enjoy the sun, read a book or watch the sunset. On the terrace in front of the house you can enjoy your coffee or tea together with the horses. On the property, you find a sauna, hot tub and a fireplace. You can use the common kitchen of the guesthouse.

At Ausmas guests can relax in the garden, in the shared lounge with a fireplace or in the sauna available at an extra fee. Meals can be served upon request and guests are welcome to use free barbecue equipment.
