Ruta al amanecer en una piscina natural y chapuzón sin multitudes

During this morning's walking experience, we will begin our walk with our first view of the spectacular rugged northern coast, we will continue on the isolated path through the countryside of the island where I will point out the various indigenous plants & animals as well as the gold and local history and teaching you some Papiamento (our local language) and expressions. At this point, we reach the northern dunes where we may be able to spot sea turtles nesting. This is the most unique and secluded beach on the island, which you need to see it for yourself. It is an off the beaten path. We will continue our way to the famous natural pool (Conchi). We'll be the first swimmers before all the packed jeep riders. The round trail is 3.5 miles with up and down parts, some parts are rocky and sandy, mostly flat. It is important to wear sneakers. The trail is relatively undiscovered & secluded where you will hardly find anyone else on the way all surrounded by the local flora and fauna. Level is moderate. Participants must have a good physical condition with no heart or insulin conditions. Highlight our group may be the only ones at the pool. Tour companies charged over $100. Transportation to the meeting point or the start of the trail is not included. Highly recommend to rent a vehicle (no need of 4x4) for at least 1 day, so you can explore the rest of the island at your own pace.

This cruise will depart from Knights Landing and include a fabulous nature experience on the way to lunch at Cabbage Key. You'll see the old fishing village of Bokeelia and then cruise the fabulous wilderness of Jug Creek. Dolphin sightings are common in these waters. We will transit Back Bay, Dead Man's Curve, and view the mansion built by the battery magnate, Charles Burgess. Once we exit the Creek, we head across Pine Island Sound past Useppa Island and the world famous Baron Collier Inn, before landing at Cabbage Key. There you can walk the nature trails of the historic island and climb the water tower. You will have an hour and a half to enjoy lunch in the Old House, Cabbage Key's open air restaurant. Following your meal, we will cruise back to Knights Landing. Other things to note This experience will involve getting into and out of a boat at a dock. Payment for the meal at Cabbage Key is not included.

Are you a road-less-travelled kind of person? Would you like to experience a beautiful, less touristy part of Nova Scotia? Join us for a 2-hour coastal tour through Tanner's Pass and Lunenburg's back passage — a pristine part of the Atlantic Ocean. Our tour is in a professional, 19-foot Zodiac MilPro HD. These popular vessels are the black, inflatable boats you find on expedition ships around the world. They're also the boats we operate as photographers and guides in Antarctica and the Canadian sub-arctic. So what will we see? It is common to see numerous seals, osprey, great blue herons, various sea birds, mink, and deer as we Explore the South Shore. We’ll also talk about flora and geology as we cruise the area. It truly is one of the prettiest parts of Nova Scotia! There are two things we cannot control; wildlife and weather. That said, we keep a close eye on marine weather forecasts and if we have any safety concerns, we will reach out asap. We operate rain or shine so please be prepared to get at least a little wet.
