Conditions permitting, guests are invited to take a tour of the wonderful dark night sky with us, and view some of the most interesting objects through a telescope.

Sleeps up to five people Spacious 110m2 with two double sliders opening out onto patio & lawn 15 - 20min drive to Hastings and Taradale. Rivers nearby for fishing & Kaweka forest further up the road for hiking/hunting with de la Terre winery across the road. The cottage is spacious & fairly secluded making it a lovely place to stay. Airport transfers can be provided in addition if needed.

For those that prefer the hustle and bustle, we are 20 mins from Taradale (home of the fabulous Church Rd and Mission Estate wineries), 25 mins from Hastings (the Farmer's Market is popular) and 30 mins from Napier (an Art Deco delight). If all of that sounds a bit too busy, just relax with a good book, a board game, or enjoy a long soak in the bath.
