Simdde Wen is a modern, fully equipped bungalow and in a quiet location within the village of Beaumaris. It is only a 5 minute walk from the Menai Strait and offers good value accommodation. The property is also within walking distance of the town with its wide choice of hotels, pubs and restaurants. Kitchen The well equipped and spacious kitchen contains an electric cooker with 4 gas hobs, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a toaster. There are also 6 wooden breakfast bar stools for dining in the morning. Utility room The utility room has a standing fridge/freezer, utility sink and a washing machine. Lounge/dining area This spacious lounge boasts a comfortable three-seater leather sofa, two armchairs, a swivel arm chair, coffee table, 32in Flat screen TV with a DVD player, VHS player and Freeview. The traditional inset gas fire, provides extra warmth if needed. There is a selection of DVDs available next to the DVD player. The dining area has a wooden oval table with four matching comfortable chairs. Bedroom 1 The bright and airy master bedroom contains a large double bed, with built in wardrobes and drawers proving plenty of storage space. There is a hairdryer available on the top shelf in the wardrobe. Bedroom 2 This double bedroom contains a double bed, a built in wardrobe and cupboards, providing lots of storage space. Bedroom 3 The twin bedroom has two single beds, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Bathroom The black and white tiled bathroom suite has a full size corner bath, standing shower unit, a toilet, hand wash basin and shaver plugs. Outside The lawned garden area to the rear of the property is a lovely sun trap and is perfect for a summer BBQ. It is an ideal spot for children to play or a great place to relax on the garden furniture that is provided on request. There is room for two cars on the front drive. A lovely bedroom in our family home in the heart of Menai Bridge, with a comfortable double bed, sofa, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and amazing views out over the Menai Straits. Guests have a private bathroom one floor upstairs, and use our dining room for a lovely continental breakfast. Menai Bridge is a great base from which to explore Anglesey, with a superb selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. Bangor is 5 minutes drive away, and the ferry to Ireland, only a 30 minute drive.

Accommodation: Eirianfa is a Scandinavian style lodge in a holiday park of similar properties. It’s an absolutely fantastic lodge, having everything you’ll need for a truly relaxing holiday - a great place to stay all year round whether for a summer holiday or a winter escape. Pentre Coed Country Park is located just outside Menai Bridge within easy reach of the A55 expressway and with close access to all of Anglesey’s beautiful beaches and enthralling coastlines. Menai Bridge has a wealth of restaurants, quaint corners, Telford’s historic suspension bridge and many scenic walks. A short drive beyond will take you to the magnificent mountain scenery of Snowdonia. Kitchen/diner: The well-equipped kitchen with modern facilities including an inset ceramic hob with oven and grill with extractor hood above, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster and all kitchen utensils. A pine dining table with six dining chairs provides spacious seating for everyone to enjoy a very sociable atmosphere. The double glazed door provides access to the rear decking area. The wireless router is also located in the dining area. Lounge: Like the rest of the cabin, the lounge walls are made of pine, giving a cosy and romantic appearance. The spacious lounge has a comfortable, faux-leather suite comprising of a three seater, two seater and rattan armchair. The traditional log burning stove makes this a cosy and warm lodge at any time of the year. The 32in LCD TV has built in Freeview and there is a selection of books on the book shelf. Bedroom 3 (ground floor): This ground floor double bedroom with its honey-coloured pine walls, floor and ceiling contains a double bed, a bedside cabinet, a bedside lamp and a large wardrobe (with hairdryer). Ground floor bathroom: The large ground floor bathroom with its slate tile floor and pine walls contains a white bathroom suite which includes a bath with over-head shower, a washbasin, toilet, a heated towel rail and a fan heater. Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): This bedroom contains a king size double bed, two bed side cabinets (with hairdryer), a large chest of drawers set and a walk-in wardrobe. There is a door leading to the exterior decked balcony area, ideal for a relaxing morning coffee. En-suite shower room to bedroom 1: The white bathroom suite comprises of a walk-in shower, pedestal wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): This twin bedroom contains two single beds plus a large chest of drawers. First floor landing: The airing cupboard houses the hot water tank, cleaning and household equipment and provides extra storage space. Entertainment: 32in LCD TV with Freeview, a creative iPod/ phone music dock, Internet access and a selection of books on the bookshelf in the lounge. Outside: The front garden is laid to lawn with a slate covered driveway providing ample off-road parking with space for boat/caravan. Steps lead to a covered decking area with outside lighting which looks out over the park and neighbouring properties. The drive extends to the rear of the property with access to a rear decked area backing onto the open countryside. There is a large wooden table and a wooden bench out on the decking area as well as 4 additional decking chairs that are kept in the garden shed.
