The Garden Apartment

Spacious renovated apartment in the garden behind our 19th century Victorian house with its own entrance along the side path. Close to several parks, swimming pool/gym/tennis complex, and Queens Parade shopping strip. The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.

This spacious light filled bungalow is located in the leafy suburb of Eaglemont and within easy access of Austin/Mercy Hospitals (400m), Heidelberg Station (500m) and Eaglemont Station (600m). Eaglemont Village is also a close walk with supermarket and quality cafes. It comes equipped for a short or longer term stay with off street parking included. The bungalow is located at the rear of a large property and surrounded by greenery that provides privacy even on the outdoor deck.

This beautiful studio is located in the garden of my property down a path at the side of the main house. It is fully self-contained, renovated and fully furnished with a large private deck and it's own private garden. The studio is fully insulated, has a split system heater/ air conditioner, washing machine, TV, good Internet, dining table and stools, comfortable couch, and a super comfortable high quality queen sized bed. It has a kitchenette and separate bathroom.

If you're looking for 5 star luxury, and marble bathrooms...then 'Patricia' isn't the place for you! What you will love is the welcoming and inviting spaces. My mum 'Patricia' was pretty quirky, and so is this whimsical place. 100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront is one of the areas most loved and iconic buildings. The interior is warm and spacious, with plenty of room to rest or work, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Located in central Preston just 10km from the CBD. Enjoy the convenience and privacy of a self-contained studio, free parking and pool access. Walk to the local restaurants, bars, cafes and Preston Market for the best local produce. We are an easy walk to the Preston train station and the No 86 tram that both take you into the City.
