Only minutes to Douglas Lake, an ice cream shop & Chinese restaurant on the same block, walking distance to downtown for shopping. The guest suite is a complete private apartment with a separate entrance and driveway, and is on its own level. The rental includes it’s own full kitchen with dining area, Livingroom, work space with desk and a separate large sleeping area. Your bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a seated vanity. The only connection to our house is a locked door to the stairwell. The view from the rental includes lots of trees and a glimpse of the Great Smoky Mountains in the distance.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level.
