The property dates from 1790 but has been sympathetically upgraded. The wonders of the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe are right on your doorstep, or, if you prefer, close the door and people watch from your bedroom or living room which look straight on to the Royal Mile. You really couldn't get a better position to enjoy the Castle, the Palace, Arthurs Seat or the wonders of the Old Town of Edinburgh. Entire property. I will be in the local area and always on hand if you have a question or an issue. Set in the heart of Old Town, the flat is steps away from the vibrant boutiques, craft shops, pubs, and restaurants that line the area’s quaint streets and alleyways. It’s an ideal stepping off point for visiting many museums and historic sites. This apartment is based on the Royal Mile where tour buses leave on a regular basis as do taxis and local buses. Walking is the name of the game in such a central location! Transport in from the Airport can be by bus or tram and both stops are a 5 minute walk up the hill to the flat.

Off Royal Mile Edinburgh, lovely 2 bedroom flat

This apartment is in a very central and safe location in Old Fishmarket by St Giles. 5 mins walk to top attractions such as the National Museum of Scotland, Festival Theatre, the Castle. Waverley Station is 10 minutes walk. The Meadows and to George Street and the Newtown beyond are easy to reach. Very suitable for sightseers, old and young. Not a party flat but my second home when working in Edinburgh and so it is not a hotel style offering but I am sure you will love it. New kitchen for 2025.

This one bedroom,double upper flat has a fantastic location,in the heart of the Old Town, surrounded by shops,cafes and restaurants, yet a stone's throw Princess Street Gardens to enjoy a walk or just to relax. As well as the vasy selection of historic buildings close by,Waverley train station is a few minutes' walk as well as an excellent bus and tram service.

Heart of old town - entire flat

Situated just off the Royal Mile on Cockburn St. Great for access to all festival venues, 5 minutes walk from Waverley train station. A modern clean flat in a traditional tenement, this cozy space has the best of both worlds. Wifi, TV etc, featured in the hit movie 'Hallam Foe'! Please note that during August I am looking for bookings of 5 days or more.
