Tea&coffee are provided but there is no cooking facilities. You will hear household noise, we try to keep all noise to a minimum, please consider this when booking. Deakin Uni & Epworth Hospital are mins away by car, bus stop nearby. CBD is a 15 min drive, The Surf Coast is down the highway & local shops are near. Everyone is welcome.

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️
