Our home near Granny's Grave has wonderful sea views and is an easy walk to the beach. Close to the Promenade walking paths to the Surf Life Saving Club, Lake Pertobe or the Hopkins River. It features a large backyard with an in ground trampoline. A quick drive to the centre of Warrnambool makes it the perfect place to access everything on offer. Our mid-century style home features a balcony facing south to the coast and a smaller north facing patio which catches the sun. Perfect for families.

Centrally located overlooking Port Fairy’s beautiful East Beach and Moyne River, is our 3 bedroom freshly renovated and furnished beach house. Easily unwind spending time soaking in the ocean views from every angle or step straight outside onto the family safe beach for a walk, swim or surf. Grab a coffee or meal just metres down the beach path at the Surf Club. Or take a 5 min walk along the Moyne River and picturesque wharf to the many boutique shops and eateries that Port Fairy has on offer.

Just moments off the Great Ocean Road, yet a wholesome step back in time, is the tiny coastal town of Peterborough. Known for its rugged beaches, bays and spectacular clifftops it is loved by walkers, golfers, fishermen and families. Spectacularly located, Schromberg Beach House is just metre's from the foreshore and overlooking the golf course. The house is a partially refurbished 1950s weatherboard with a dated kitchen but has new bathrooms. The house retains it's casual but relaxed heart.

Abalone Seaside Apartment is in close proximity to many of Warrnambool’s top locations including, Lake Pertobe, Flagstaff Hill featuring a brilliant sound and light show, Warrnambool’s main beach, geothermal pool and skate park, and walking distance to some fabulous restraunts, including, the Lady Bay, Simons and the Pavilion. In the house you will find access to, skateboards, boogy boards, a table tennis table and bbq. The house has three levels, with a deck on the second floor.

A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.
