This tour uses ELECTRIC bicycles with pedal assist and full throttle features which make going up hills and cruising the city a breeze. Because we travel by e-bike, we are able to cover a lot of ground with little effort! We include historic neighborhoods, landmarks, parks, art and theater districts, world famous graffiti alleyways, haunted houses, suffragette monuments, microbreweries and craft coffee shops, all while feeding you fun facts and historical tidbits about Denver's dark beginnings, heroines, body snatchers, underground passages and significant street names and the criminals they were named after. We spent a significant amount of time investigating post COVID Denver. We talked to so many local businesses they know us by name. We drank too many coffees, beers and kombuchas, stayed out far too late on weeknights, and ate out way more than our doctors recommended. We explored in exhaustion both the day and nightlife scenes. You can rest assured, when we provide a recommendation, it is the real deal!

Transportation can be provided from the meeting spot to the trailhead for up to 4 guests; we encourage people to bring their own transportation. Guests who provide their own transportation and help drive others are eligible for a $10 refund. All level hikers are welcome but hikers should be in good physical shape and able to walk uphill for 1-2 hours at high altitude. Minimum group size is 2 hikers. I will take you into the mountains to experience and connect with Colorado on a gorgeous hiking trail! We will usually hike a moderate trail located within 1 hour of our morning meeting spot. This adventure is for all level hikers. Most hikes are a bit challenging, but we will go slow and the views make the adventure well worth it! Our focus will be on immersing ourselves in the vibrancy of nature, so we will take our time and admire the beauty around us! We will walk the trail and experience trees, rocks, snow, and mountain vistas from a new perspective! We can take breaks to admire wildlife and the large and small interconnected communities all around us! In the winter, we will traverse a beautiful snow covered trail up to a scenic view. Microspikes are available if there is any concern about walking in snow or ice. At the top of our trail we will take a relaxing lunch break where you can reflect, hang out, and explore! I will take tons of high quality pictures throughout the experience and send them to you in a folder after your hike. Because of the varying terrain and high altitude in Colorado, the hike may be more challenging depending on your fitness level. We are Denver local hiking enthusiasts who love to take guests of all levels of experience to low traffic trails with breathtaking views all year round! We are the original Denver guided hiking tour. We start our adventure at one of Denver's best coffee shops, in the Highlands neighborhood, minutes from downtown. We will customize the hike based on the preferences of the group and the current trail conditions. We'll connect with nature, soak in the sunshine, see jaw dropping mountain views, maybe see some wildlife, take snack and water breaks, learn about the wildflowers and trees, make new friends, get some exercise and breathe in the fresh mountain air! We will take amazing photos (check out our insta @hikingintherockies) and send them to you at the end of the hike for memories that will last a lifetime. Our hope is that you'll feel healthier and happier after spending time hiking with us and connecting with the beauty of Colorado. There will be an optional group lunch after the hike or you can buy lunch at the coffee shop and eat at a picturesque spot on the trail. The guided hike's elevation will be somewhere between 6,000 and 12,000 ft. A car is not required for this experience, but we encourage guests to provide their own transportation. If that is not possible, we are happy to drive you in our car and we will return to the meeting spot at the end of the tour.

Experience the excitement of making your own piece of jewelry! This is a three hour hands-on workshop, in which you will learn the silversmithing fabrication techniques to make a sterling silver band ring. All materials and tools will be provided for the workshop. Just come, have fun and learn! During the workshop you will be lead step-by-step through the processes. It is a very safe environment, however each participate will be asked to sign a liability waiver and safety will be discussed. The process begins by measuring and cutting a piece a sterling silver the desired width of your ring. Next the metal is annealed with a torch. Annealing is the process of heating metal with a flame to make it malleable. After each time the metal is heated, it is cleaned in a solution to remove the oxidation that is created on the surface. Once the metal is prepared, you will have choices of hammers and metal stamps to texture a pattern onto the sterling silver, creating your personal design. Then the metal is cut to the length required for your ring size, formed into shape and soldered together. The final steps are refining, buffing and polishing your creation to have a beautiful shine! Rest assured that your safety is our priority. Regarding COVID-19, we have a cleaning protocol in place. Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer are available for your use.

For thousands of years, the ancient Maya, Olmec, and Aztec civilizations used cacao to connect physically and spiritually back to each other and back to their hearts. A Maya legend tells of when there is an imbalance between Humans and their activity and Earth, Cacao comes from the rainforest to remind people of their hearts and return the Earth to a state of harmony. During the winter months, this event is hosted indoors at the RiNo Yoga Social Studio. The address will be provided at the time of booking. We will prepare for the cacao ceremony by sitting in a circle on our yoga mats. After a spiritual, elemental, and cosmic invocation, we will drink our cacao together (A sacred cup of hot chocolate). I will then lead you through an invigorating 20-minute breathwork session, followed by a guided meditation to ignite you into your truth. On this 1.5-hour journey, you will experience firsthand the heart-opening magic of cacao. No experience is necessary. Please come with an open mind and heart. Enjoy a private photography session for couples, individuals, and small groups in the wondrous landscape of the Roaring Fork Valley. As a local landscape and portrait photographer, I offer laid-back, adventurous sessions and the ability to capture the variety of special moments this area offers throughout the seasons. Sessions will take place just south of Aspen and will feature short scenic walks between shooting locations. Our route will follow the Roaring Fork River, with views of the Elk Range Mountains beyond. Whether playful family portraits or romantic moments between you and your partner, this landscape offers the perfect backdrop for memorable photos of your time in Colorado’s Western Slope. Photos will be returned to you within 3 days, and will include 30+ high-resolution, edited photographs in a private online gallery ready for download. Transportation will not be provided. Join me on a casual walk through downtown Aspen and gain some local insight while learning a bit about the history and culture of this small mountain town. This experience lasts for 1 hour and is a fun easy walk of about 1 mile and takes place rain or shine.

We will drive from Denver an hour and a half past Nederland to get deep in Rockies to where the trailhead is. From there we can hike up to lost lake which is a 4 mile round trip and takes about 3 hours or less total. If the trail is already packed down we can also have the option of using micro spikes instead of the snow shoes. No extra cost either way and microspikes can make it easier in long run too. We also provide hiking poles and gators so snow doesn't get into your boots. We can have a sandwich, snacks and chips at the lake before heading back downhill to the van and then an hour and a half back to Denver. Snow shoeing is fun and I know some of the best areas to go. We realize many people come from lower elevations so this is a good option. Since the trail is covered in snow and there aren't any markings, its good to have a guide who knows where to go and how not to get lost. Hope to see you soon!

I'm excited to introduce you to the sport of axe throwing! This thrilling traditional Canadian backyard pastime is now bigger than ever in urban communities. Enjoy a 45 minute axe throwing session with a dedicated axe coach right here in Colorado Springs, 20 minutes from Air Force Academy. We will provide everything you need when it comes to safety, throwing techniques and will be there to guide you throughout your entire experience. Once confident with the basics, our coach will introduce a variety of trick shots as well as facilitate games to crown a member of your group the ultimate axe throwing champion. I promise you'll be crushing bullseyes in no time and will leave feeling like the ultimate bad axe that you are! No experience necessary, all skill levels are welcome.

This is a great way to see an interesting park, quant village and one of the highest peaks in America. Garden of the Gods is home to a plethora of geological and ecological rarities that make the park a prime site for nature lovers. The rock formations seem to come out of nowhere and its amazing how it stands without falling. We will stop in the quant beautiful town of Manitou springs for lunch (sandwiches, chips and snacks) and to take in the beautiful views of this mountain town. We will then head to Pikes Peak at 14,115 ft, which is one of the highest peaks in the USA with many stop offs and beautiful views all around. This tour is available all year as long as Pikes Peak is open. If Pikes Peak is closed by car we have the option of taking the cog railroad for $40 extra which goes to the top even in the snow. Or we have some other options like seeing the manitou cliff dwellings where the native Americans lived with a good museum, or Cave of the Winds which is an interested maze of caves. There's also Glen Eyrie Castle which is a amazing building with interesting history. There is also the Broadmoor 7 Falls which is a beautiful waterfall. We can pick up people in Colorado springs as well. Transportation is included in the trip.
