Udander is our favorite place to go for a steam and sauna! You can make a reservation in advance for a massage or facial as well. Their atmosphere is so relaxing!

Udånder is a Scandinavian steam and sauna spa with two convenient locations — our original downtown spot and the new 71st street in Nichols Hills. Our facility includes an aromatherapy steam room, a Finnish dry sauna, soaking tubs (downtown only), a communal relaxation area, treatment rooms, and a locker room with showers. You may customize your spa visit to fit your relaxation needs as desired.

Our facility includes an aromatherapy steam room, a Finnish dry sauna, soaking tubs, a communal relaxation area, 3 treatment rooms and a locker room with showers.
