Sitting across the street from the Dallas Museum of Art in the lively Arts District, the Nasher Sculpture Garden repeatedly wows locals and visitors with its striking indoor and outdoor galleries.
The Nasher Sculpture Center is one of my favorite things to do in the Arts District! They have the best location - directly across from Klyde Warren Park. Its so nice to wander through admire the sculptures and then continue n to the park on a gorgeous spring or fall day.
Beautiful garden, architecturally interesting and a shining star in the art world. Enjoy your time here. Roll around in the chairs parked outside the front door. Pretty decent little cafe too.
Sculpture museum that hosts Midnight at the Nasher during summer months featuring outdoor movies, live band performances and food concessions w/ access to the museums gallery. Check the website for dates/performances.
Beautiful museum designed by world-renowned architect Renzo Piano in collaboration with landscape architect Peter Walker.

“The DMA is awesome! It's fun to browse after brunch, or on a dreary day. They have ongoing art lectures and architecture series and the art is awe inspiring. Highly recommend!”

“This place offers yoga classes, meditation, and unique art workshops/classes. It's got a secluded patio surrounded by bamboo and some of the most interesting asian art pieces I've seen. I am inspired every time I visit this intriguing space.”

“With free Wi-Fi, weekly events, a dog park, walking trails, a children's park, several restaurants, food trucks and a performance pavilion, Klyde Warren Park is not your typical green space. Built over the Woodall Rogers Freeway.”

“Dallas is rich in green space. For respite from the big city, head to the 66 acres in White Rock Lake Park about 7 miles northeast of downtown.”
