Such a fun place to explore! Great for kids and adults. Plenty of local history, a working water wheel, gardens, orchard, and a little kitchen serving up in house made goodies. The staff dress in period costumes which is cute, and admission is cheap.
One of my favorite places to visit. Explore a working 1877 waterwheel powered flour mill, participate in a workshop, enjoy performances and other special events, eat lunch in the Kitchen, and browse the unique gift shop!
The mill was built in 1877, to grind flour for the gold rush miners, and produced flour for the Similkameen Valley residents, paving the way for farming and agricultural production.
