King’s Cross Station: The Hogwarts Express departs from Platform 9¾ at King’s Cross Station, which is in the arched wall between platforms 4 and 5. If that seems short on magic, head towards the real-life entrance to platforms 9, 10 and 11 on the west side of the station. There you’ll find a trolley disappearing into the magical realm through a wall with the sign: Platform 9¾.

Wonderful shop for all Harry Potter fans, located in Kings Cross/St Pancreas terminal. The ever famous platform 9 and 3/4 is located here, and they have a photo booth that lets you take a picture with the platform signage. The shop carries all types of official merchandise, albeit it is more expensive than other locations. Expect heavy crowds throughout the day, especially in tourist season.
