It's right on the corner!! Great chilaquiles tortas, just a sandwich with corn chips dipped in salsa and some frijoles and cream and cheese an a cornbread chicken breast folded like origami in the same sandwich. Expect long lines

A famous street food has even appeared in local newspapers! It is placed in the corner of Av. Tamaulipas and Av. Alfonso Reyes in front of Restaurant El Zorzal long queues from 7:00 to 12:00 hrs approximately. They offer take away chilaquiles sandwiches. $

I have honestly not been there for a while because the line-ups are just insane, although this used to be my go-to for a hangover breakfast when I lived in the area years ago. But if you want to try an authentic "torta de chilaquiles" (chilaquiles in a baguette-style sandwich), you should check this street stand out. If you don't want to wait too long, it's best to go as early as possible. They open at 8am. During the week, the line-ups are less painful.

Located in one of the most famous corners in Mexico City . Enjoy a delicious torta (sandwich) of chilaquil (iconic mexican plate). Get there early because the demand is very high.
