This is the fanciest, best service, locally sourced foodie restaurant in Flagstaff according to us! We go here on special occasions and when we know we have time to sit and enjoy each amazing course!

The menu is "American" fare, which does't really describe the creativity and taste that people enjoy from a meal here. There will be a wait during summer evenings, but you can make reservations. The Annex next door is a bar owned by the same person and shares a kitchen with Tinderbox. Food at the Annex is prepared as thoughtfully, though the menu is not the same. Seating at the Annex is at the bar or in comfortable couches and chairs, so isn't conducive to regular dining.
