In 1994, Tom Martin opened the little Tasting Room/Pub off of an old gravel road called West 6th Street in Richmond’s Historic Old Manchester District. Serving Legend Beer and a short list of sandwiches along with pub fries, the small pub became a popular fixture for the city’s nightlife scene. With their main location in Richmond, Legend has opened a satellite location right at the foot of High Street to be Olde Towne’s premier brewery. Enjoy the amazing view of the Elizabeth River, delicious food, and wonderful craft beer.

This is a new microbrewery and full service restaurant located in a historic building (the old headquarters for the train station) in Olde Town Portsmouth. Its patio is right on the Elizabeth River and you can watch the ferry come in and out. I recommend the pulled pork sandwich.

Brewery with Great She crab Soup. and other foods. It sits on the Elizabeth River facing Norfolk Sea Wall. Buy a ticket at the KIOS across the street on the corner and ride the HRT Ferry across to Waterside Market place. Hooters, Guy Freer, Blue Moon and and outside stage with bands.
