This winery is a true gem of Martinez! They offer very affordable wine tasting and a cute patio area overlooking the vineyard. They offer a selection of whites, red, and sweet wines. They do not offer any food. Walk in's are sometimes ok, but it's recommended to call to call ahead.

Viano Winery & Vineyard is a great winery that offers affordable tastings, it has an outdoor seating area where you can bring your own food. If you buy the wine you taste, then your tasting fee ($10) goes toward your bottle! Take a drive down to 150 Morello Ave, Martinez CA and enjoy yourself in this countryside-like vineyard. Reservations only. Open 9am- 5pm; closed Tuesdays.

Our local winery owned and operated by a Martinez family. They have a small tasting room. Sort of fun if you don't want to deal with the traffic and expense of Napa/Sonoma Valley quality of wine may not be as good but it is still fun and the people are very nice.
