Do it yourself spring rolls is my favorite part in Hoang Tam’s menu. Lots of variety in the “meat” selections to make the rolls. On top of that, Hoang Tam is very generous with the variety of fresh herbs and dipping sauces. Service is swift and tentative. I noticed many people also ordered the soups and I would like to try those too. Unfortunately, whenever I’m in HT, I can’t help myself for ordering the same “do it yourself “ rolls.
