This is a great trail system .I recommend looking it up on All trails for different trail head options.

A good hiking trail to an amazing view of the ocean and surrounding area. This is a probably a moderate to more difficult trail, depending on your personal fitness.

This hike takes you to top of Cascade Head for spectacular coastal views--moderate--some uphill--about 3 miles. Home of rare butterflies. Peregrine Falcons Nest nearby. Park at the boat ramp at the end of Three Rocks Road and follow the signs to the Nature Conservancy Trail. If you love bird-watching, this is a treat.
