These guys are mad coffee scientists. Example: they serve their Kyoto cold brew coffee on draught and add Nitro to it so it bubbles up like a Guiness. Local tip: DON'T ask for sugar or frappucinos!

The beauty of this South City roaster and coffeehouse is its capacity to appeal to both the coffee adventurer and the coffee traditionalist.
