Opened in 1996 in Ikebukuro's Sunshine City. In 2002 a food theme park, Ikebukuro Gyoza (Potsticker) Stadium, was opened in the facility. Ice Cream City was opened in 2003 and 'the Tokyo Dessert Republic' in 2006. It's one of the largest indoor theme parks in Japan with over 20 attractions and three food theme parks.
