It provides the best cuts of meat and perfectly prepared organs that taste like nothing you’ve had before—even if that doesn’t normally appeal to you, you’ll like it. Order the yuji curry, a must-try off-menu item. Though reservations are needed, if you go after 9:30 pm, you may just be able to find a seat.
