Rent a 4x4 car or a quad bike and visit this national park. Start from Saint George in Peiya. You can hike at the avakas gorge. Then visit the turtle sanctuary and the Lara beach. Continue your trip towards the blue lagoon beach. From there finish at Aphrodite's baths in Latsi. Take with you lots of water and lunch.
