Ten years ago I transformed my family's historic estate into an organic agriturismo. Since then, I divide my time between Florence, where I live with my wife and our three children, and the farm.
Barbialla Nuova is 500 hectares of forests and pastures, 100% organic, where we raise Chianina beef, hunt for white truffles and produce honey & olive oil.
