If you could use extra help with running your experience, you can invite a co-host to join you. They can help you keep your listing up to date, manage your calendar and reservations, plus lead guests on experiences.
For co-hosts to get started, they’ll need to create an Airbnb account and have their ID verified. Learn more about Airbnb Services and Experiences standards and requirements.
Every co-host has full access to the experience listing, which means that they will be able to view the calendar, manage dates and times for you, respond to reservation inquiries, and message any guest. They'll also appear as co-hosts on your listing and can lead an experience once they've provided copies of any relevant licenses, certifications, and insurance.
You’ll both receive a confirmation email when you add a co-host to your experience.
When your co-host receives their invite, either via email or text, they’ll have to accept the invite. Invitations can only be accepted if your co-host has a verified identity on Airbnb. For any co-host that will be hosting reservations, they’ll be prompted to fill out additional information about their qualifications, such as the number of years experience they have, any certifications or training, and career highlights. Depending on the type of experience and location of the Experience that your co-host is added to, they may also be required to submit required licenses or insurance.
Note: You can remove a co-host from your experience listing whenever you want.
