Gaff point is a great local hike of 6.6 km out and back trail located at Hirtle’s beach near Kingsburg, Nova Scotia. It has dramatic views across Dublin Bay. Seals and cormorants are often sighted. It is a moderate hike over sand, rock and forest trails. There is no cafe so bring your own water.

Located at the south point of Hurtles Beach a medium hiking trail leads you to an awesome view of Ironbound Island. Pack a snack and water bottle then spend the day exploring this beautiful scenic trail.

Gaff Point, a great way to spend a chunk of the day. This hike offers beautiful views of Kingsburg, Lower Lahave, Lahave Islands, Mosher's Island, Ironbound Island. To access the trail you park at Hirtles Beach and walk to the far right of the beach. Parking is limited
